One Year

Well, today this blog turns one year old and you guys can't believe how happy I'm with this news! The only thing I can hope for is that this year is even going to be better than the last and that there are so many years of blogging to come! I've really enjoyed myself the last year with posting all the things I bought and all my outfits shots, but most of all I like the fact that I've met so many people (from all around the world) that love fashion as much as I do. And eventhough I haven't met them in real live I think of them as friends!

I hope I can find the time to post this weekend, but I'm not sure because I've got a big meeting comming up next monday with the promoter for my bachelorpaper. Maybe there will be a little post, but I promise I'll check out your blogs on monday!

And for today I'm leaving you guys with the last things that I bought at H&M over the past weeks.

First of all my new wintercoat, which my mom and dad bougth for me (so sweet). It's just perfect with the wider sleeves and the big collar for when it gets really cold.

This little suitcase was an impulse buy, but I didn't regret it at all. Sometimes I think it looks a little bit childish, but I just love it. And some outfits can use a funny accent! BTW, if I remember correct they were sold out really fast.
This mustardyellow scarf has been on this blog already, since I bought it some weeks ago and I can't stop wearing it. It's so soft and the color is just perfect!

6 unspectacular quirks about me:

- I'm addicted to buying beautyproducts, I have a closet filled with them. Sometimes I just love to take out everything and rearrange them. Oh and I also love smelling them :)

- Sometimes I get these cleaning attacks and then I go crazy when something isn't in the right place and I can't rest untill I cleaned up everything.

- I love to go to the supermarket and go trough every rayon and look at the food, oh and I really love schoolmaterial aswell.

- When I don't know what to do, I just go sit on my bed and look at all my clothes and shoes and think of all sorts of different outfits. And most of the time I try these outfits on.

- Everytime when I'm reading a magazine I make wantlists of all the beautifull things I want to buy, no matter how much they cost.

- I can't keep a single plant alive and the funny thing is that it is because I care for them too much and give them too much water.

Toulouse

Everybody, meet Toulouse our new very cute kitten! The name is inspired by one of my favourite painters: Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

We got him since last saturday and that's why I wasn't into blogging the last few days. He's so cute and very sweet and so small! Here's some pictures of him and I promise I'll be back into blogging tomorrow.

Zara Loving!

I just loving Zara, it's one of my favourite stores! Last week I bought myself a few lovely pieces at Zara and here they are.

First of all these beautifull brown peep-toe ankle boots. I'm telling you guys, it was love at first sight! I'm going to have so much fun wearing these!

Another beret to add to my collection, I just love wearing berets when it's cold outside. The color isn't really accurate in this picture, it's more grey-pink. I'm sure this beret will be in a lot of future outfitshots!
I was so happy when I found out that Zara also sells tights from now on and I already bought two pairs. They are perfect!

Again I didn't post for a few days and I'm sad to tell you guys this, but I think this is how it's going to be for the next schoolyear. I hate this, because I have so many things to post about and I really hope I can catch up as fast as possible. I'll do my best!!!

This saturday we had a big party because my grandparents were married for 50 years and it was such a nice party (pictures will follow) and sunday we came together with the family again to eat all the leftovers. I haven't had so much cake and sugar in my entire life...

Grey Day

Today was a real autumn day, the sky was really grey. I'm always very cold, so I prefer nice warm weather, but I really like days like these. They make me want to sit in my pyjamas all day and watch a nice movie with warm chocolatmilk. Instead of doing that I went to some stores and bought some DIY material, but more on that in another post.

My outfit today is really simple and comfortable, nothing special. I think I found a new favourite place to take my outfitshots, so you guys can expect more pictures in this place.

Bug

Just a quick post, because school has started again and I need to sort lots of things out. And it turns out that this year is going to be so busy, so I hope I'll have enough time to blog as much as I want!

I took this picture a while ago and I think it's a nice picture to look at! It makes me long for summer and autumn has only just begun (don't know if this word is correct)!

Back from London

It always seems that when I leave on holidays I never have the time to post about it. I'm always very last minute with packing my bags etc.

Last monday we left for a 5 day vacation in London and we had a great time there. I'll make a post about our trip when I feel like putting all the pictures online, because I got home sick and I'm still feeling awfull. I catched a cold and my head and throat hurt really bad, but I wanted to let you guys know I'm still here and I'll check your blogs as soon as I'm feeling a bit better.

Today we took some outfit shots at the old barn right behind our new apartment. The pictures didn't turn out that well and you guys really should not mind my face in the second picture, I hate that picture, but it was the only one that looked a bit acceptable :)

Party

So as I said in my previous post, yesterday it was party-time. My boyfriend, some friends and I went to a party and of course we had a great and fun time out. This picture was taken after the party, because everything was really hectic yesterday evening. Because today my grandparents are married for 50 years! I'm so happy for them! Today we need to go to the city hall and afterwards where going out for dinner, but the real party isn't untill september 27th. Of course there will be some pictures of today and the party in about 2 weeks on this blog.

Looking Angry

Today was such a stressfull day, because I had to get my grades. There was no need to be stressed because I passed every exam I took. This makes me so happy happy HAPPY!!!! So tonight is party-time!

Wednesday I went to the hairdresser and in the evening we went to the café to celebrate the birthday of 2 of my best friends in the world. It turned out to be a great evening and this is the outfit I was wearing that sunny day. Don't mind the angry face I'm making, but the sun was shining to hard.

Mines

Yesterday the boyfriend and I went to a very cheap secondhand shop not so far from where we live. It's situated right next to the old mines and it's a really nice place to go to. I just love to look at the old buildings with broken windows. One of the buildings is completely renovated and it looks really great, I just love the contrast of the old buildings with the new building.

I took the time to take some pictures, because I really want to show this beautifull place to you guys. The weather was so nice yesterday, so that makes the pictures even better to look at.

Im Happy!

I really happy at the moment, because my exams are finally over and I have 2 and a half weeks of vacation. My last exam went really really good, the professor said that I did a great job and he had nothing else to add :) But now I'm really stressed because next friday I'll get my grades and I really hope I passed every course!

All my furniture and other stuff has been moved to the new apartment, next week we're going to decorate the place, because now everything is a mess (lucky I'm at home for the moment). Of course we have planned a little trip to Ikea for some more things to place in our new place.

Today I don't have any pictures, I was to lazy to take pictures and I'll be leaving any minute to an open-air festival here in the neighbourhood. FUN!

However, here is one of my favourite videoclips ever! Gotan Project is one of my favourite bands and this song (Santa Maria Del Buen Ayre) is amazing! Just like the video, I love Tango! Everytime I see this video it makes me want to start dancing again, not only hiphop this time, but Tango aswell! Maybe this is a nice plan for the future. Enjoy!

Just A Quick Post

This is just a little post to tell you guys that I'm still here and that I will be updating again from next saturday and than I will have more time to stop by your blogs aswell.

This friday my dad will come to Leuven to help me move all my stuff into the new apartment. I just can't wait untill everything is there and I can start decorating!

There is something else I wan't to ask you guys! The boyfriend and I are going to London in about 2 weeks. We've never been there and so I was wondering what do you guys recommend for us to see? We already made some plans, but more nice things to see would be great. And of course what are the best shops to go to? And I'm also searching the best secondhand and vintage shops!
