Our Trip To Budapest

As promised here are the photos we took in Budapest in September. I know it's already been 3 months since we were there, but I still wanted to share my favorite photos. We were there for 5 days and took is easy. Normally we have a hectic schedule to see everything, but we decided to take it slow. We spent an entire day at the Szechenyi Furdo (it's paradise), we spended lots of time at the historic castle district (fisherman's bastion, Mathias church, ...) and we took lots of time to shop. We wandered around the streets which was a lot of fun and we even ended up at ikea (were the ludde sheepskin I like so much was very cheap, so that was nice). Budapest is a very nice city and the weather was lovely when we were there. I'm so looking forward to the next vacation with my boyfriend, but I don't know yet when it will be and were we'll end up.

The start of our trip in the historic castle district.

Finally!

I've finally made some outfitshots again, it's been way too long! We were on our way to the car for a quick trip to Ikea. The only thing I bought there was a book about home-decoration. I love to 'read' books like this. I'll post some of my favourite interiors once I've found the time to catch up with my schoolwork.
I've come up with a new sort of post for this blog aswell, expect the first one to be posted around the weekend. Our photos from the trip to Budapest in septembre will be posted this friday, I promise.

Paris entre Chats!

I've been away from this blog again, I know. I tried to take outfitshots, but it's too dark when I get home from school. I'll try to make some pictures tomorrow, I promise.
I finally got my new book which I ordered a few weeks ago: Paris entre Chats. It's a photography book with pictures from cats in Paris (the title says it all). I wanted to buy it when I was in Paris last time, but I didn't. I couldn't get the book out of my head so I ordered it at Fnac. And it's really beautiful and nice to look in. It's a book for cat- and photographylovers, I can recommed it to everybody!
This is the cover of the book, I didn't have the chance yet to take some other pictures. So you must believe me that this is a wonderful book!

I Have Some New Things

Hello you guys, I had so much things to blog about this week. Unfortunately I became sick, my boyfriend gave me an infection on my lungs. So I spended this week in bed feeling awefull and coughing my lungs out. Right now I'm still feeling the same, but I hope things will be better soon.
Right now I have some things that I want to show you guys that I bought last week when I was in Antwerp with my sister. Still have some new pieces of clothing, but I'll show them in another post.
These beautiful black/pink pumps are from New Look. I love them! Can't wait to wear these to a party or I might save these for my New Years outfit, I'm not sure yet.
This beautiful brown leather bag is from Vero Moda. It's so soft and even big enough to take to school. The color is just the perfect shade of brown.
This cute necklace is from Claire's. I usually never stop at this shop, but my sister was searching a costume for Halloween. You guys know that I love cats. The necklace also came with a pair of cat-earrings.

Beautiful Happiness

You guys already know that I'm a real beauty-addict. Over the past two weeks I bought some really great new products.
My new addictions are Nuxe-products. Nuxe is already on the market since 1957 and nature plays a very important role in their products. Things to remember: all products are free from animal ingredients, almost 80% of the ingredients are of natural origin, everything is dermatilogical tested and last but not least all products smell great and just are the best in my opinion.
I bought the Aroma-Perfection Gel Nettoyant Purifiant to use from time to time, because it's actually for oily skin; the Lait Démaquillant aux 3 Roses which smells great and feels so soft on your skin and the Rêve de Miel crème Mains et Ongles. I also got lots of little testers from different Nuxe products. My favorite amongst them is the Huile Prodigieuse which you can use on your body, face and hair. I must say, this one is the best of all Nuxe products!
To be honest, I want almost everything they have on their site. So take a visit if you're not afraid to end up broke! :)
I finally bought myself a serum to wear under my day cream. I choose the Aqualia Thermal Serum from Vichy, because it hydrates and that's just what I need.
When I went to the Label.Fashion Focus party in may I received a coupon for a free Kiehl's lip balm and I finally had the time to pass by the store. I'm glad I did, because it's perfect to use in this colder weather.
What's your beauty-addiction or which products do you really like? I'm curious to read your comments :)

Grrrr...

I know I've been away for 2 weeks, but this time it's not because I was too busy with other stuff. I had some problems with blogger, I couldn't log myself in... I'm glad everything works now!
Still I'm sad, because I didn't even had the chance to post anything the day that my blog turned 2 years old! So a happy belated birthday to my blog!

My Favorite Model

I took these pictures of Toulouse last week and I think they're too cute to not post them on my blog. Isn't he the cutest cat in the world?

I'm sorting out our Budapest pictures, so expect the Budapest-post at the at of this week. I don't have much time right now because I'm making my delicious lasagne and I still have lots of work :)

Edit: Thank you guys for the ever so sweet comments on this post. I really appreciate this!
BTW Toulouse even scored a blogpost on the Catherine Ashley Talks Fashion blog. Thank you Catherine Ashley! That's really sweet of you!

My Latest Buys

It's been a while since I posted the things I bought in the past weeks. So I decided to throw them together in one post and here it is :)
First of all my new sneakers from ADIDAS. I'm not a real sneaker kind a girl, but you just can't live without comfortable shoes. Especially if they're as beautiful as my new shoes. I just fell in love with them the first minute I saw them, you know I'm a sucker for gold.
I saw a friend of mine wearing this dress a while ago and I just had to know were she bought it. Turns out it was from WE, a store that I almost never visit. This dress is just really beautiful, I love the skirtdrapings. This dress made me want to visit the WE-store more often.
This legging is from H&M and is just perfect with a black dress and black boots, maybe with some golden accessories. I love the print.
This scarf is from H&M aswell, I love the color and it's so warm and soft. Perfect for the cold that's comming our way.
These booties are so pretty. My mom and dad brought them home for my sister and I when they got back from Norway this summer. Aren't they cute? They're so warm, I'm going to live in them the next wintermonths.

Jimmy Choo For H&M

Like everyone I know I want some pieces from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection. I think I'm going to ask a day off from my weekendjob to get my hands on the things I really want. Maybe it's me, but I think it's weird that the release is on a saturday this time. The last time I made the effort to go to H&M for the designercollaborations was when Victor&Rolf made their beautiful collection for H&M. It was a real battlefield that day. That's already a few years ago and it was on a thursday. Now the H&M designercollaborations are more popular then ever and the collection hits the store on a saturday? I was thinking about staying home to avoid some serious injuries, but when I saw the collection I decided the design are worth fighting for.
The pictures below are my favorites, except the blue shoes, I want them in black. I'll be very happy if I could just get my hands on one of these designs.

If there is one dress that I will be fighting for it will be this black one.
It's perfect!

Oh and something that made me really happy is the fact that the next designer who's collaborating with H&M will be Sonia Rykiel (actually Nathalie Rykiel, her daughter). The Jimmy Choo collection isn't in stores yet and I'm already very excited about the next collaboration :)

Wearing My Precious Blazer

Last week my family and I went out for dinner at a nice restaurant to celebrate my parents. They're married for 25 years and that calls for a party! It was a nice evening and the food was delicious.
I wore my Dries Van Noten blazer, which I love to death! I found it at the 'stockverkoop' last spring and it was love at first sight. So strange that this is the first time that this blazer apears on my blog, especially since I wear it almost all the time.
Blazer: Dries Van Noten
Dress: H&M
Bracelet: Gift from boyfriend
Clutch: Vintage
Legging: H&M
Shoes: Zara

PS: Sorry for the bad picture, this was the best one I made. It was getting dark already and my hair looks really weird.
