New Dress

My boyfriend his sister and her boyfriend moved in together a while ago and yesterday we were invited for a nice BBQ at their new place. We had a nice time and the food was delicious. Afterwards my boy and I went into town and met up with some friends for some drinks and a little dancing. I wore my new dress from H&M, which I think is really pretty.
Oh and since my last outfitpost I got a few questions about my hair. I know my hair looks really short in the last outfitpost but I didn't get a haircut. I decided to let my hair grow a little longer. Right now I can't do anything else with my hair than wear them in a ponytail. I hate it when my hair has that in between length.

Paris Part 2

For the moment I only have time for a very quick post. The deadlines for my papers are coming really close and I still have lots of work. That's why I'm such a bad blogger lately, I promise I'll be back posting more from the 10th of june.
I still have lots of pictures that I need to post. Yesterday I found these pictures that I took short after our trip to Paris. I forgot to post these. I didn't buy much on that trip, but bought the most amazing shoes and a beautiful skirt.
These shoes are from Zara and they were a lucky find. I found the other shoe on the other side of the store, the only pair left in my size. I'm so glad I have these. They remind me of these Margiela Boots that I've been lusting for like forever. Since my budget isn't prepared for some more Margiela these shoes from Zara are perfect to ease the pain.
This pretty dark blue skirt is from H&M and is just perfect for every occasion. It's my favorite skirt at the moment, so pretty and so easy to wear.

Ice Cream On A Sunday!

Last sunday the weather was really great. It was warm, the sun was shining, so it was the perfect day for some ice cream. Mine was delicious and this is what I was wearing.

Skirt: H&M
Legging: H&M
Shoes: a little shop in Paris
Bow in my hair: H&M

Oh and I've got some other great news: my boyfriend and I found the most perfect apartment for next year. The apartment we have now isn't that good, lots of things need to be fixed and the owner just ignores us. So we decided to move in september. I'm full of ideas for the decoration of the new place. I just can't wait!!

Lovely Roses!

Last week my boyfriend and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary! We had a great dinner in a nice restaurant and in the evening we went to a party in Ghent (my boyfriend had to DJ there). When he got home from work he surprised me with these beautiful red roses. Exactly 4, because we are together for 4 years. He's so sweet and the roses are wonderfull!

The color of the roses is actually deep red, but it really didn't turn out that way in the pictures!

Happy Birthday To Me!

It's my birthday today, so I dedicate this post to myself :)
Today wasn't such a nice day, I have a huge paper that needs to be done this friday. So I stayed in today and worked. The real party is tomorrow, when my best friends come to Leuven and we're going out to dinner and afterwards to a party. I can't wait!
My boyfriend gave me a little gift today, I get a second gift very soon he said. I got lavender body lotion and body mist from Soap Story and it smells so good. He also gave me a little flower, he's so sweet!
I'm so longing for a big birthday cake, but instead we're having a chocolat fountain today(my boyfriend got it for me last week). Never did that before, but it sounds delicious!

It's been a while since my last outfitpost, so from now on I'll try to take pictures more often. This one is taken about a week ago, nothing special. We went to some shops here in Leuven, didn't buy anything, but it was a great break from all my schoolwork.

Paris!!!

I finally found the time to go trough all my pictures from my last trip to Paris. It was a wonderfull trip, my boyfriend and I had such a nice time (nothing but good times when I'm in Paris). We passed by the big tourist attractions, so some pictures of these here aswell. We already visited these on our first trip to Paris and I can recommend to visit the towers of The Notre-Dame! Now we only passed by them and didn't really visit them. Of course we did some serious shopping, but I didn't buy too much. I didn't have the time to photograph my buys, so pictures of my new pair of shoes and skirt will follow soon.

I Wish It Was Summer!

I'm so longing for nice weather... I'm not a big fan of winters and bad weather, because I'm always extremely cold. I really need some sunshine in my life, I'm sick of this grey and cold and rainy weather. At least I can start counting down the days untill things change.
I made this outfit with Polyvore today while I was dreaming of a warm day in spring (also to have a break from all my school work). The perfect outfit for a day of fun with friends in the city.

Can It Please Be Christmas Again?

I know I haven't been around much (school and weekendjob), but I haven't stopped thinking about fashion for one minute. Lately I've been dreaming about having so many pretty things, too bad I don't have the money for these beauties! Why could't it be Christmas again, so I can dream that these beautifull shoes are under our tree.
Rupert Sanderson
Givenchy
Bottega Veneta
And why not put these lovely clothes from Moschino Cheap & Chic under the tree for me aswell?!

Everything is from net-a-porter.com.
Oh and I would love for you guys to know more about me, so if you guys have some questions you want an answer to: Just ask me in this post comments and I'll answer them!

Too Busy With School

Finally I found the time to make a quick post on my blog. I really hate the fact that I don't have that much time anymore to blog. I'm so busy with all the papers I need to make for school this semester. I hate it!
I'm having some photoshop problems aswell. I hope these are fixed really soon, so I can start posting all the things I want to share with you guys. I'll really do my best to find some more time to do a post and to check out your blogs. It's a shame, I know!
I still don't have any photos on this computer, so today I'll post this photo. That girl is wearing the perfect outfit! Love it! Source: The Sartorialist.

Back From Paris!

I'm so sorry I wasn't here for the past week. My boyfriend and I were on a trip to Paris this week and again I didn't have the time to say that I was leaving... We had a wonderfull time, of course, more about that in another post.
Yesterday we had a late New Years party with my grandparents and family. We went out for dinner in a nice restaurant and we had a great time together. I might have some nice pictures from yesterday, but I'm not sure. I forgot to take an outfitshot, but I wore my lovely new Maison Martin Margiela boots with a black dress and my golden sequined bolero.
I'll be back posting from tomorrow on and I'll get back on your comments aswell!

Maison Martin Margiela!

At least 8 months ago Martin Margiela became my most loved designer! I always loved his designs, but when I started to learn more about the Maisons philosophy I got really hooked. The exhibition in the MoMu in Antwerp made my love even bigger and at that point I started to dream about owning all the things he had designed (I know I'm a dreamer, but a real ambitious one). The boots that I bought last week had been on my wishlist for 4 months, but the pricetag was just too high for my studentbudget. I had all my hopes set on the sales period.
Last week the store finally had the 60% sign on the windows. I went into the store a little bit scared, because my shoesize is a 38 and that's hard to find during sales (at least with very pretty shoes). When the salesperson brought me the shoes, I could just start jumping up and down, that's how happy I was. They're perfect, they're so easy to walk and just feel wonderfull! The leather is so extremely soft and I love how it's draped!
I read that these are the official boots for this season, but I'm not sure about that. Not that this matters, because I LOVE THEM!
The first picture is my shoebox. It didn't turn out that great, because it's written in really light grey, but you get the idea. The other pictures are from the Joan Shepp site, because these pictures are just way better then the ones I made.
I'm sure these boots will be in a lot of outfitshots!

Exams Are Almost Over!

Last week I had 2 exams and they went really really good, so things couldn't be any better at the moment. I have one exam to do, next friday, but I don't need to study for that one. I have to do my presentation from The Louvre again, but that's just a formality.
Tomorrow I'm going to Antwerp, I'm going to the Maison Martin Margiela exhibition for the second time (it's really that good). Of course I hope to find some wonderfull pieces in this last sales week. Not that I have much money, because I bought the most wonderfull Maison Martin Margiela boots on sale (still a little bit expensive for my studentbudget, but they're worth it). I'll post about them tomorrow!
Last week I took another trip to the bodyshop, it's a really nice way to relax during the examination period. I bougth some really great things: White Musk Hand Cream, Cassis Rose Body Lotion, Cassis Rose Perfume and a Nail Polishing Block. Everything was on sale, except the Nail Block. Sorry for the bad quality picture, couldn't help it.

Thrifting Treasures!

During the christmas holiday I visited a lot of thriftstores and a fleamarket aswell. I was really happy to have some time for those treasure hunts again. Of course I found some great pieces, real treasures!
The first treasure is the most beautifull beautycase I've ever seen. I found it at a local fleamarket. It's in perfect condition and it was a real bargain. It's really big aswell, which is nice because I have lots of stuff I can use it for.
Mirror, mirror on the wall ... Don't you guys just love this mirror? I'm totally in love with it, as you guys know by now I'm a huge fan of anything baroque and frilly. This one was another bargain, only 6 euros at a thriftstore. I did had to walk around all day with this mirror in my hands while shopping, but I had done that before with a table.
Ok, this plate isn't a huge treasure, but I just love the flowers. It's big enough to get proper use out of it and it only costed 2 cents. I mean, why not give it away for free?!
Gosh, I can't wait untill exams are over and I can go on a hunt again. Today I had exam number 2 and it wasn't that good. I was still very tired from my last exam. The good news is that I have a chance at improving my grades next semester. I never was a big literature fan...
My next exam is friday, again so little time for so much things to learn...
