Gorgeous Dress

Post 2 in the 'cleaning up series' is about this beautiful dress, which I would love to have in my own closet. It's perfect!

I don't even know who's dress it is or where I was planning on buying it (the only size left was very small, so didn't buy it). I have this picture for as long as I can remember, so I really can't give you the source. If anyone can, please do so.

Outfit I Love

Today I'm leaving you guys with this picture from Victoria Beckham. She's so nicely dressed in this shot. The perfect outfit for a shoppingtrip, minus the high heels. Wouldn't mind having this outfit in my closet! I really need to go shopping again.

Decorate Yourself!

Lately I've been buying lots of necklaces and I can't seem to stop myself. I love funny and cute necklaces that give a nice touch to a simple outfit.

I've been browsing the ASOS site today and found some very cute and affordable pieces that I really really want to have!

What do you guys think of these pieces?

PS: Maybe the boyfriend reads this post and I get surprised with a cute necklace. Who wouldn't like that? :)

Last Sunday

Last sunday was the best sunday we've had so far! The weather was so nice. I, the one who is always cold, didn't even wear a sweater for the first time in months. Can't wait untill summer is here!

Didn't do that much last sunday. Went to a gardencenter with my sister, the shop also sells lots of things for cats & dogs (that's why we went there). Didn't buy anything. In the late afternoon my boyfriend and I went to visit our friends who just became parents. Such a cute little baby boy!

Label. Fashion Focus

You guys better run to your nearest magazine store because the new Label. Fashion Focus is in town and it's great! I read it cover to cover last sunday, while enjoying the sun.

This issue introduces us to some great new labels (Super sunglasses, music & fashion by April 77, handmade fashion by Sandra Backlund, ...), a great fashionspread and lots of gorgeous sneakers (would love to get my hands on the Jeremy Scott Adidas shoes with wings!).

What I like the most is that Label takes us behind the scenes of fashion with an article about 'Closed' and interviews with the people behind the labels 'Essentiel' and 'Le Fabuleux Marcel De Bruxelles'.

My favorite article in this issue is the one about fashion and dance. Which of course is about shoes :), to be exact Bloch and Repetto(!!!!) shoes.

I wish I could write about all the great articles in this magazine, but I want you guys to still have something to read when you buy it :)

Selling Points

That Dress!

Finally we had another warmer day here in Belgium, just love those days. I'm wearing a dress which I bought almost 2 years ago at H&M and had never worn before. I loved it in the fitting room, but never seemed to like it when I put it on at home. Today my boyfriend convinced me that it was a great dress for me. So I'll guess this will be one of my favorites this summer.

Yesterday I went to the hairdresser and I must say I really like my new haircolor. And tomorrow I'm going shopping in Antwerp with my sister and my boy! Can't wait!

Housewarming

So here's a quick outfitpost! Yesterday the boyfriend and I went to my sister's housewarming party. We had a great night with lots of delicious food. This was my outfit, nothing special but extremely comfortable. I love this ADIDAS jacket soooo much!

Spring!

First of all, thank you guys for the sweet birthday wishes. I had a wonderful birthday, just can't believe that I'm 24 already :)

Right now I'm having my easterholiday, so 2 weeks in which I can do what I want. Every morning from 9 to 12 I'm a volunteer at a local animal shelter. I'm working at the cat department and I'm so loving it. Those cats are so cute and if I could I would bring every single one home with me. There is this little red fellow, he just loves to cuddle, he's just too cute for words. I'm going to miss all of them when next week ends.

To celebrate spring I made a quick shoppingtrip to H&M, wanted to buy some things from The Garden Collection. Too bad that H&M in Louvain didn't stock anything that was on my wishlist... But I found this beautiful dress and top and it made me forget about all the other things that I wanted. Maybe I'll be able to find all the other items on my wishlist in Antwerp next saturday (especially that red floral jacket!).

The Birthday Outfit

So here is my birthday outfit. I wore my new white lace dress from New Look, it made me feel like a real girl. Combined with some fierce boots from Zara, love love love these so much!

I'm Back!

Again, I'm sorry for being away this long! The boyfriend and I went home for a weekend and he became sick. So we decided to stay home for the week and enjoy the good care of our parents :) Too bad we had some problems with internet at home, so that's why I've been away for this long.

Tomorrow I'll show you guys a new outfitshot, I promise! It's my birthday tomorrow, so I'll make an effort to dress up!

Today I'll show you guys two pieces from the Vila collection that I really really want! This black dress with fierce shoulders and these beautiful black harempants. Would love to have these in my closet!

This picture isn't really fashion related, but it's the closest to an outfitshot that I've gotten today. Had lots of schoolwork that had to be done today. Tomorrow I'll try and get the rest of my outfit on this blog.

Le boyfriend and I are going to the movies tomorrow. We're going to see 'Shutter Island', I'm really curious about this movie. I'll keep you updated how it was.

Today my boy surprised me with some homemade pizza and tiramisu. Isn't he the greatest?!

I Wish...

I wish that I could leave for a holiday right now! I would go someplace warm, I'm so sick of this cold weather here in Belgium. Someplace were I can shop till I drop, were I can benefit from sun and still have some time to do something cultural. Can't stop dreaming about a holiday to that place!

If I was to leave right now I would take my new stuff with me. All these pieces are what I brought home from my shopping trip with my mom and sister in Antwerp. We had such a fun day and I love my new pieces.

I would bring along my new floral suitcase from Zara home (children's department), which is big enough for all my new pieces. And I would definitely bring along mister owl. Isn't he the cutest pillow you've ever seen? I bought him at Casa.

My outfit for my holiday would be (from left to right): Striped Top from S. Oliver, Black Skirt from H&M (love the waist), Bright Blue Nailpolish from H&M, Heart Shaped Sunglasses from H&M, Organic Cotton Knee Socks from H&M and Gladiator Sandals from New Look.

I think I really need to stop shopping. I've bought so much over the past months, I think I need to move to a bigger place... I still have one other shopping post (pt. 4) ready to post, expect it somewhere this week.

Right now I'm going to read my ELLE. In my sofa, which is covered in sunshine, at least it's warm inside.

Shopping Pt. 3

My third shopping trip went to Maastricht. I went together with my mom, my dad and my boyfriend. It was somewhere between christmas and new year, because sales had already started in the Netherlands. It was really cold, but we had a great time!

This sequined vest is from H&M. I love golden and shiny clothes like this, so I couldn't resist. I must admit this photo doesn't do good to my new beautiful vest, but it's the best I have. When the weather is better it'll pop up in several outfitshots, I'm sure about that.

Another pair of shoes. What can I say? They were on sale, I love the color & design and they walk so easy. They're from Van Haren.

This beautiful scarf is from De Bijenkorf and was 50% off. I have lots of scarfs, I think it's some new kind of addiction. I just like the fact that scarfs give something extra to an outfit.

This cute piece of furniture is from Xenos and was 50% off. I love that store, it's so cheap and I always find lots of nice things there. Wish we had this store in Belgium...

I also got some brown boots, because I really needed some new flat boots. My mom and dad were so sweet to buy them for me (just like my scarf and vest). And I also bought a new black bag at Invito. Both pieces will show up in some outfitshots, I promise.

Shopping Pt. 2

The second shoppingtrip that I'm posting about is the one I made to Brussels with my boyfriend to celebrate the end of our exams. Sales were coming to an end, one of the best moments to shop in my opinion. You can still find some great cheap stuff and you can already buy some things from the new collection.

I'm so in love with this black dress from H&M. The shoulders are so fabulous, if I may say so. I love clothes with this kind of details, so I just had to have this dress.

This floral dress from Mango was 50% off. I like the fact that it's floral, but that the colors aren't too bright. Can't wait for some warmer weather so I can wear this dress to a picknick or to the park.

Some more necklaces to add to my collection. The medaillon necklace is from H&M and the bird is from the I am store (I'm not sure that's the name of the store).
