Today I have some great news for you guys. Do notice that this news is only valid for today, so you have to be quick :)
If you bring an empty showergel bottle to your nearest The Body Shop you get an Earth Lovers showergel for free in return.

The Earth Lovers collection holds 7 silkysoft showergels that are 100% biodegradable. They are sulphate, paraben and colourant-free, contain no soap and the bottles are made of 100% recycled plastic. Just my cup of tea!

There are 7 different perfumes to choose from:

I honestly wouldn't know which one to pick. Luckily these showergels only cost 6 euros per bottle, so I think I'll buy them all.

An Old One

Today I was cleaning up my laptop, I like order, and I found these pictures from a few weeks ago. I remember that these where taken on a sunny sunday.

That day I realized that I maybe have too much shoes. I'm saying maybe, because to be honest, I don't think a girl can never have too much shoes. I'm just saying this, because I hadn't worn these babies in a very long time. 

I really have to start working on my shoe-system that I figured out a while ago. When the time is right I'll share my system with you guys.

Valentino Eyewear: Spring-Summer 2011

When I received the images from the Valentino Eyewear Flash Collection I fell in love with these beautiful Retro Chic sunglasses. I already have a huge collection of sunglasses, but these are at the top of my wishlist.

"These butterfly-shaped injected sunglasses - lit up by a Swarovski pavé frame- project vintage elegance." 

That, to me, sounds perfect (especially since we're having some great sunny weather here in Belgium).

Chelsea Girl

Chelsea Girl was a highstreet favorite in the '60, '70 & '80 before it became River Island in 1988. Since vintage plays a very important role in fashion today, River Island decided to use the best from back in the days to relaunch Chelsea Girl.

The new collection is retro with a modern twist. This limited edition collection offers you mini skirts, maxi dresses, floral & geometric prints, vintage colors, ... 

The Chelsea Girl Collection will be available in stores from March 28th.

Next thursday (March 31st) is a special day for students at River Island Antwerp. They're organizing their Student Shop-in from 6 - 9pm. Don't forget to bring your student ID (because it's students only) and the flyer if you want to win some great prices.

M.A.C Quite Cute

Since the beginning of this year M.A.C already spoiled us with several great limited editions, but the newest in line is my favorite (so far)!

The Quite Cute collection looks like a candy store with pastel shades all over the place. I fell in love with this collection, not only because of the hearts baked into the mineralize blush, but because of the cupcake  icing colors of the products. 

After having a look at the complete collection I made my wishlist and I really hope to get my hands on a few of these products. Lets have a closer look, shall we?

New Look Store Opening - Brussels

Last tuesday I was invited to attend the opening of the new New Look flagship store in Brussels. The shop is situated at the Nieuwstraat 39, so you can't miss it on your next shopping trip.

We got spoiled with delicious candy, drinks, french fries, a 50% discount on everything, ... It was super crowded, so the evening was a bit hectic, but nonetheless I had a great time.

I guess we all know New Look as shoe heaven, so I couldn't resist trying on several shoes. I ended up buying 2 pairs. I was/am on a no-buy, but I just couldn't resist these beauties at a 50% discount (oh the excuses)! I still think I didn't do too bad, I could have gone totally crazy and buy all the clothes I liked (which would have ended with an empty bank account and needing several people to carry my bags). 

Thanks to New Look and Tam-Dem for inviting me to this great event! I had a lovely evening!

I Did Some... Shopping

Last tuesday I went to Antwerp together with my parents and my sister. We decided to go out and enjoy the good weather, while doing some spring shopping. The good weather is always a good excuse to add some more pretty things to your wardrobe, isn't it?

Home Autour Du Monde Pt. 1

Last friday I was invited to the Home Autour Du Monde concept store in Brussels to check out their spring-summer 2011 collection and I also had a sneak peak of the Bensimon fall-winter 2011 collection.

Home Autour Du Monde's 2011 spring-summer collection offers 4 different themes, all to discover another perspective on day-to-day objects.

Early Bird: In every corner of the shop you can see birds popping up, in fabric, crochet, red, green, ... The birds have decided to take over Home Autour De Monde and I like it!

Urban Studio: If you like the loft style and industrial look this line is definitely something for you. Tray sets with allusions to the work of Piet Mondriaan and colourful small tables are the key words.

Fluorescent Is The New Black: My absolute favorite of all 4 themes. No better idea than to brighten up your house with these fluo coloured accessories. Combined with natural wood, the effect is softened and creates particularly attractive contrasts.

Moody Blues: No more blue mondays for me, a blue interior is a much greater idea. This line is a combination of various plant pigments and modernity to spice up your living room.

This cosy shop is located in the Rue de Namur/Naamstestraat 70 and is a must visit every time you're in Brussels.
